Skills and Abilities
Computer Skills
I am highly computer literate. I know both the software and hardware ends,
and am good with troubleshooting, HTML 4, and css style scripts along with
basic knowledge of coding Java, Q-basic, Visual basic, Turbo Pascal and Macromedia.
I have enjoyed using the computer to help improve and accelerate my assignments.
I enjoy creating computer graphics that are pleasing to the eye.
Communications
I love creative writing, and often have articles of mine published in local magazines.
I have done public speaking, and enjoy telecommunications. Years of being a part of
Peer Counsolling, and other such groups in the school has made me alot more talented
in dealing with people.
Hardworking
I've kept myself busy with multiple volunteer groups and activities, as well as
multiple self-motivated projects.
Activities & Awards
High school activities include being a member of Peer Counseling, Student Counter Attack,
Student Crimestoppers and Odyssey of the Mind. I have also filmed and edited school events
as well as setting up the sound and lights. I have earned effort and honour rolls
plus service awards.
